The 2025 WFA AI + IVF advanced training came to a successful conclusion in Guangzhou, with 38 students benefiting from intensive courses and practical drills. From legal compliance, technical practice to innovative applications, on-site dry goods continue to help the professional growth of industry talents.
From November 25 to 29, 2025, a "knowledge storm" focusing on the field of assisted reproduction swept through the Guangzhou WFA Training Center.
38 students from all over the country gathered together and experienced a comprehensive upgrade from theory to actual combat under the intensive bombardment of the seven core courses.
In the classroom, questions, discussions, and applause came one after another, and a battle between technology and wisdom quietly unfolded.
Legal Compliance Class:
Focus on risk prevention and control, with in-depth interaction among students

In the course "Legal Risk and Compliance Management of Assisted Reproduction", WFA Legal Advisor Deng used typical cases such as "Dispute over the Ownership of Embryo" and "Legal Effectiveness of Surrogacy Contracts" as entry points to systematically sort out the domestic legal framework and regulatory points in the field of assisted reproduction.
During the teaching process, students enthusiastically asked questions based on the problems encountered in practical work, such as "Does the patient conceal his history of genetic diseases and cause the test tube failure?" and "Determination of jurisdiction for cross-border medical disputes".
Lawyer Deng analyzed the nature of the problems one by one, quoted the Civil Code and the "Administrative Measures for Human Assisted Reproductive Technology" and other relevant provisions, and gave practical suggestions such as "improving the preoperative notification process" and "retaining written commitment documents".
In the interactive session of the classroom, students debated "the ethical boundaries of gene editing technology." Lawyer Deng emphasized in summary: "The bottom line of compliance is to respect the rights to life and privacy, and any technological innovation must be promoted within the legal framework."
Embryo Laboratory Class:
Full process practical demonstration, technical details

caused heated discussion
The course "Exploring the Secrets and Key Issues of the IVF Embryo Laboratory" taught by Dr. Xue became the focus of the audience. The students intuitively understood the standardized operating procedures of the laboratory.
Regarding high-frequency questions such as "How to optimize the ejection promotion plan with small egg numbers" and "The impact of embryo glue on endometrial receptivity", Dr. Xue combined clinical data and the latest research to answer them one by one.
During the demonstration session of "XY Sperm Screening Technology", some students asked: "Will the sperm vitality after screening be affected?" Dr. Xue showed a set of comparative experimental data: "The swimming speed of sperm in the screened group was 15% higher than that of the unscreened group, and there was no significant difference in the rate of chromosomal abnormalities."
After class, the students and Xue Bo conducted in-depth exchanges on details such as "laboratory temperature and humidity control standards" and "culture medium replacement frequency". Some students said: "The practical demonstration made the abstract technical parameters concrete and tangible. It is very instructive for daily work."
Students 'voices: From "passive input"To "active output",Training effectiveness is highly recognized

At the graduation ceremony, students shared their learning gains. A doctoral student said: "The course design closely follows the pain points of the industry, especially the legal compliance and laboratory technology modules, which directly solves difficult problems in our work."
Another student mentioned: "The group PK process made me realize that AI is not only a tool, but also the key to improving service efficiency------We have planned to promote the AI patient consultation system in the hospital."
According to after-school surveys, 95% of students believe that the course content is "practical beyond expectations", and 87% of students said they will apply what they have learned in practical work.
