Southeast Asia Chapter

The World Fertility Industry Alliance is preparing the Southeast Asia Chapter to build a cross-border platform for technical exchange, industry standards, talent development and international cooperation in assisted reproductive medicine.

Regional context

Southeast Asia is an important partner region for many international stakeholders and a significant destination for cross-border medical services, with relatively rich medical resources, established assisted-reproductive services and a diverse cooperation ecosystem.

In recent years, more cross-border medical cooperation has taken shape in Southeast Asia, further deepening assisted-reproductive cooperation across the region.

Chapter mission

  • Technical exchange and cooperation: build a regional platform for assisted-reproductive technical exchange
  • Industry standards and quality: support the development of regional standards to strengthen service quality and safety
  • Talent development: deliver professional training programs and engage experts and teams from inside and outside the region
  • International cooperation: support cross-region technology transfer, project cooperation and talent mobility

Who can join

  • Assisted-reproductive organizations and reproductive medicine departments of general hospitals across Southeast Asia
  • Experts in reproductive medicine, genetics and embryology with substantive experience
  • Companies and organizations active in assisted-reproductive products, consulting, training and management services
  • Industry observers and supporters of assisted-reproductive development in the region
