2025 WFA AI+IVF Advanced Training concludes: hands-on curriculum, strong learner feedback

From 25–29 November 2025, 38 learners completed seven core modules — covering legal compliance, embryology lab practice and AI applications — at the WFA Training Center in Guangzhou.

From 25–29 November 2025, the WFA Training Center in Guangzhou ran the AI+IVF Advanced Training, with 38 learners from across China completing seven core modules that progressed from theory to practice.

In the Legal Risk and Compliance Management for ART module, WFA legal counsel attorney Deng worked through representative cases — embryo-ownership disputes and the legal status of surrogacy contracts — and reviewed the domestic legal framework with reference to the Civil Code and the national regulation on Human Assisted Reproductive Technology, with practical recommendations such as strengthening pre-procedure informed-consent workflows and retaining written acknowledgements.

In the IVF Embryology Lab Essentials module, Dr. Xue covered standardized lab workflows, stimulation strategies for low oocyte yield, the impact of embryo glue on endometrial receptivity, and XY sperm sorting techniques, combining lecture with demonstration.

According to the post-course survey, 95% of learners rated the curriculum as more practical than expected, and 87% intended to apply what they learned in their day-to-day work. WFA Business School and the WFA IVF Training Center will continue to bring together domestic and international resources to deliver more courses focused on frontier technology and compliance management.
