About the Program

In cooperation with the Faculty of Life Sciences of Shinawatra University in Thailand, WFA supports a master's and doctoral degree pathway focused on life sciences, assisted reproductive technology, reproductive genetics and related industry directions. Built on Shinawatra University's international academic background and the resources of its Faculty of Life Sciences, the program uses a combined China–Thailand teaching model to serve practitioners, researchers and students who want to develop in the assisted reproduction field, cultivating professionals with global vision, research capability and clinical-application thinking. The program offers a 2-year master's track and a 3-year doctoral track, accepts cross-disciplinary applicants, requires no English test score, and requires applicants to attend an admission interview organized by the university. Specific majors, teaching arrangements, fees, intake dates and degree-recognition requirements are subject to the official notices of Shinawatra University at the time of admission.

Master's Program Information

  • Program: Master's degree in Assisted Reproductive Technology
  • Duration: 2 years
  • Eligibility: bachelor's degree holders
  • Cumulative stay in Thailand: 180 days
  • Entry arrangement: may be split across 2–3 entries
  • First stay: no fewer than 50 days, 90 days recommended
  • Entry requirement: apply for a student visa before entry

  • Doctoral: application form / passport bio page scan with at least 1 year validity / notarized Chinese–English translation of master's transcript / notarized Chinese–English translation of master's diploma / notarized Chinese–English translation of no-criminal-record certificate

Fees Reference

  • Master's (2 years): Year 1 — 490,000 THB; Year 2 — 300,000 THB; total 790,000 THB
  • Doctoral (3 years): Year 1 — 990,000 THB; Year 2 — 250,000 THB; Year 3 — 250,000 THB; total 1,490,000 THB
  • Lab consumable usage fee for master's and doctoral students: 75,000 THB per person
  • Fees do not include passport processing, document notarization/authentication, entry visa fees, flights, accommodation, overseas insurance, etc.
